We go to the beach (Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Alabama) for Thanksgiving & eat dinner at a wonderful restaurant buffet. Sometimes we cook Thanksgiving-type food at Christmas instead. Recently I made a variation on Marguerite's (Cajun Delights) cornbread dressing. I don't eat beef and pork but the flavors are pretty close because of spices. She writes the most appetizing blog I've seen, in fact I'm hungry thinking about it. Happy Thanksgiving! sp
