I'm with Glenn, I love the sky. And I really like the train tracks--it would be really hard to get that kind of shot here (lots of trains, difficult access). I'm jealous! :-)
Hi Rick, thanks, I appreciate that. When I was a teenager, my father said I shouldn't walk up the railroad tracks, but they do kind of beckon. in this case, one of the days before Christmas, we just went across the track, to walk up to the top of the high levee in uptown New Orleans, where the river curves and the city streets follow the shape. It's a beautiful view. sp
Very evocative shots. I love that sky. And to think I was driving right past all that yesterday. Oh, so far out of my 'hood ;-)
