Hurricane Hazel

This is a sad story from over 50 years ago, about people whose lives were overturned or lost in Toronto when Hurricane Hazel unexpectedly forced the Humber River and other waterways into residential areas of town. The power and mass of the water destroyed everything that stood in its way.
