C & A Seafood coming soon

The same year as the Gulf oil spill, somebody decided to take an old dilapidated and abandoned service station, with its heartfelt hurricane-battered sign perpetually continuing to remind everyone, "God Always First", and totally transform it into a fried seafood shop. That's the same building (underneath there somewhere) and in true New Orleans fashion, the actual same sign. This takes a lot of determination and audacity. They must have confidence in the availability of shrimp and crawfish, but there is one important item missing from the promised menu selections ... maybe they will stay in business long enough to promise oysters.
