  1. I swear I live like a nun! How come I knew nothing about this? Is it going on again tomorrow?

  2. Hi Glenn, It ends at 6 today, here's an article. they're showing Omega Point which was in the N.O. film festival, in snug harbor tonight. I feel like I've been in the Quarter more than I actually have, because of you. thanks, sp

  4. Hi Marguerite, You would have loved seeing everybody, all sorts of people. There was also a kids event in Washington Square. Next year they need some food and music! thanks, sp

  5. Glenn, you spend too much time at St Mary's Church, 1116 Chartres.

It's amazing what you can find at Book Fairs if you're patient. My father once snagged a first edition of Light in August. Not in pristine condition, but a first ed. nonetheless.

  7. Hi K, Yes, I have always thought that Glenn lives too much like a nun. I've been to so many library conferences that I visualized something slightly more formal, even in the streets. There were a lot of used books in good condition, almost giving them away. thanks, sp
