colors of December

  1. to Glenn, hi, Yahoo mail sent me your comment, but it didn't make it all the way here. the leaves mostly go brown and fall off, but here and there you will see some red and yellow. This morning there was a fully yellow tree on Walmsley, and with my eyes it was bright yellow, but the foggy morning caused the photo to be dark and the yellow not true. Usually, just smaller spots of color. to me the paperwhite greens look blue-green in this last photo. thanks, sp

  2. Sorry about that. This happened once before on a comment I made to Rick's blog. Glad you got the email, at least.

  3. Well you lucky girl, you, all this color!

Seattle today was a seemingly-perpetual shade of nothing but grey: sky, earth and everything in between.

Thanks for the spark of light!

  4. Dear T., I'm very lucky, it's true! My nephew Julian in Seattle said, I believe, that it was "crazy cold". but here we are warm and humid today, then it will alternate with cold and humid. I get to wear my boots, at least, even though they are more trouble than flip-flops, I enjoy wearing them. Keep tuning in, I'll usually emphasize sunshine. thanks, sp
