  2. Hi Glenn, that was a different sort of weather day... in the last shot, the little car that looks like it's having a stand-off with the yellow trailer truck is actually going in reverse! enjoy the sunny weather for the next few days, & thanks, sp

  3. I'm with Glenn, I love the sky. And I really like the train tracks--it would be really hard to get that kind of shot here (lots of trains, difficult access). I'm jealous! :-)

  4. Hi Rick, thanks, I appreciate that. When I was a teenager, my father said I shouldn't walk up the railroad tracks, but they do kind of beckon. in this case, one of the days before Christmas, we just went across the track, to walk up to the top of the high levee in uptown New Orleans, where the river curves and the city streets follow the shape. It's a beautiful view. sp
