Hi Arthur! I thought this was sort of bizarre and ironic to make a big bold headline on the newspaper itself, just a touch humorous to see it there, like a mock-up. It's a little sad in a way, but really this is more of an example of N.O. being in the main stream, which I would actually see as a sign of progress.
