    For the life of me I can't figure out what's on the ground in front of the photo. It looks like days-old snow, but I know that it can't possibly be. Help?!

      thanks for looking at this so closely, T! in the foreground, there is a strip of grass, a rough paved two-lane road, a larger stretch of grass and then the bayou, all illuminated with moonlight and streetlights. the warmth of the color in the foreground might have been from headlights. Our weather this morning is foggy and will be nice and sunny in the afternoon. happy friday! sp
