ReplyDeleteIn the background is the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library building, which is going to get 2 more floors via FEMA due to Katrina's flooding of the lowest level and its contents. So, the parking lot which was recently (2 years ago) remade, is now fenced off for the use of the construction company, thereby taking away about 60 parking spots for several years.
