they are making my sno-ball -- dreamsickle with ice cream topping (notice orange syrup being poured by the man in the center)... at the French Quarter Festival, I had ordered an iced coffee sno-ball with condensed milk topping. A purple version of this photo is posted on my Google + for Emily. sp
