    Hi Rick, Stallings et al. have been on schedule, I guess, certainly have been working faster than anyone in this neighborhood usually does. The uptown building equivalent of zero to sixty in 3 seconds. thanks, sp

    Stallings is a definitely a funny name for a construction company. The building looks like it's going to be nice.

    Hi Ellen, I'm sure it will be nice. It's a lot more massive than the houses in the neighborhood, so it will take some getting used to. love, sussah
