    Hi Rick, I'm so glad that this comment was from you, and it wasn't two Chinese spam artists. Most of the construction around town is post-Katrina rebuilding, but this project, they say, had been planned for 20 years. The crane is so outrageously huge in our sweet little neighborhood, and I'm just afraid it will come crashing down! We had no quiet summer this year. thanks, sp
