Hm...so it seems places left to their own devices are going green. Well, green's a very politically correct color. It's interesting that, while green, they appear to be trash-free. Here we get both.
Hi Ellen, there are the usual trash problems, in fact there are negotiations going on about the trash in the French Quarter. For a while, a certain company hosed down the streets with lemon-scented cleaner, which was a big hit but the city couldn't afford it. I just don't tend to take a lot of pictures of trash, per se, I guess. thanks for commenting, sussah
