  2. Hi Molly, glad you looked in. I don't like this time change even though we got our hour back, because it gets dark too early. sp

  3. yes, I could easily like DST all year long. Even though I know I gave up that hour last spring, I do love the extra hour sleep from this past weekend, chuckle; don't confuse me with the facts......

  4. Great photos! The first one is gorgeous! I don't like the new time either, and really miss those extra daylight hours.

  5. Hi Marguerite, thanks, I'm glad you think so! it's an enhanced "cell pic". (see Rick White's fine art with a cell phone camera.) if you enlarge my nighttime shot, there is the little St. Charles streetcar screaming past. sp

  6. I have a nicer nighttime St. Charles streetcar shot here, ... today's is meant to be darker, and murkier, in fact it seemed extremely dark driving around and I'll blame that on the time change.

  7. I love your photos - and I love that I don't have to wake up in the dark anymore. For me, it's worth dark evenings to have light mornings, but I think that only goes for morning people (er, people with young kids).

  8. Dear Amber, thanks very much! that's one way to look at it. It actually takes me a long time to get ready in the morning, so it's still pretty dark when I get up. and the moon's coming out on my way home. the way you describe your adjustment to the new routine, Aurora is SUCH a good little girl, and so flexible and happy. love, sussah
