naked-eye birdwatching

  1. Add the wild ducks on West Esplanade in Metairie, the pelicans over Lake Pontchartrain, and the seagulls all over the rest of the place and there is no doubt we've all gone to the birds ;-)

  2. My husband calls it the "remedial gull school" on the bayou & lakefront. I actually like to see those pelicans in City Park the best. It's beautiful to see them flying. thanks Glenn! sp

  3. oops, I mistakenly read it as "naked bird watching" and was afraid to look at the pic.... brr, can get rather chilly up here doing that, chuckle. Happy March!

  4. It's pretty warm down here already. But even my eyes weren't really naked, since there was the contact lens and the camera lens between me and those birds. thanks & enjoy March too, sp
