      I was hoping you'd see this, Sally! those are the same red umbrellas, I'm sure. when we went, it was a little snack bar. this new incarnation is really recent, just a few days ago, which is why I was in amazement at the affectionate coffee break of those 2 workers. Maybe they already knew each other... or maybe not! today is beautiful but a little cold. love, sp

      Hi K! It was that kind of day... People make fun of the city's seeming desire to create a Walt Disney kind of New Orleans. But that day, Walt Disney and Norman Rockwell couldn't have outdone the park. Little butterflies fluttering slowly in the sunlight. Seeing those two up there in their white outfits was actually a little funny to me, since the establishment had just opened. thanks, sp
