  2. hi bc, you're right, it's beautiful to see those trucks but I do hope the guys are still discussing how to get everyone's power back. Too bad it turned so hot after the hurricane. but I'm back to work today, at least it's cool in here!! take it easy, & thanks, sp

  3. I agree SP. I've been keeping an eye on the elderly in the neighborhoods around me without power. It's really hard on them. I've been going to the supplies station and getting ice and water for them. It's not much but, they don't need to be out in this heat and the ice will help keep them cool.

  4. hi bc, that is really so kind of you. it's sort of nauseating to be too hot for a long time. we were surprised that we could sleep in it at all, but the hurricane and all the worries really shake up the nervous system, and the exhaustion takes over. they say there is a relative cool front coming next weekend.
