Hi Rick, I liked that sign. This was the "morning after" the Bayou Boogaloo. The photo would have been even more incongruous if they hadn't just painted in terra cotta over some artful graffiti on the side of the 5-year neglected hospital building. It's just been announced that some company intends to rehabilitate that building, but I don't see how they think that's a viable idea, as it's been exposed to the elements and wildlife for so long. thanks! sp
