Hi Molly, yes, this is our house. that's amazing about the earthquate and hurricane coming to the northeast together. we visited Maine last fall, and there was a storm as strong as a hurricane, well, a tropical storm. I hope Irene's not too bad for you. thanks, sp
Hi Glenn, I have been very fortunate in my life, to share this sweet home with Johnny. everybody knocks getting older, but I am much happier now than in those earlier days, all of them combined. thanks very much, sp
I didn't know that was your house! Very nice. Yes, I agree with Glenn, everyone should have such a place. Time lapse photo? no flash? It has been fun (different) getting used to weather in New England after all those years in south Florida and the Bahamas.
My camera has stabilizer settings that work well, just a hand-held natural shot. thanks, sp
thanks Sally! glad you looked in, love, sp
What a marvelous photo! It reminds me of the work of Todd Hido: http://www.toddhido.com/Do you know his work?T.
Dear T., thanks very much, I appreciate that! yes, a lot of his photographs are beautiful. sp
Your house looks peaceful and calm! I guess that's one of the magic tricks that lights can bring. The house looks like it's got a lot of stories to tell. I love that kind of photo! Anyway, it's been years since you've posted this. Have you made some changes already? Or are you planning to do some lighting experiment around your house this year?Allison Shallenberger
